Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on most items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Vintage Bargains (due to their unique nature)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items marked as “final sale”
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at admin@movorn.xyz within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Instructions: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return address.
- Package the Item Securely: Carefully pack your items to ensure they arrive in their original condition. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged items that are reported within 7 days of delivery.
