At movorn.xyz, we take great care in sourcing and inspecting our products. Our warranty policy covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner.

What is Covered:

  1. Defective Products: If your item arrives defective (e.g., broken clasp, faulty mechanism, etc.), we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
  2. Manufacturing Faults: If you encounter a manufacturing fault, such as discoloration, damage to components, or other defects that are a result of poor craftsmanship, we will repair or replace the product.

What is Not Covered:

  1. Damage from Use or Wear: Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Vintage items, by nature, may have slight imperfections, and this is part of their charm. Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or improper care is not eligible for warranty coverage.
  2. Alterations or Repairs: Any alterations or repairs made to the product by a third party will void the warranty.
  3. Shipping Damage: While we take great care in packaging your products, we recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receipt. If there is any visible shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request Warranty Service

If your item is defective or damaged, please follow these steps to request warranty service:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at admin@movorn.xyz with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide Photos: If possible, include clear photographs showing the defect or damage to help us assess the situation.
  3. Return Process: In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection. We will provide instructions for how to return the product and cover the cost of return shipping if the issue is covered under warranty.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive your item and confirm the issue, we will either:

  • Replace the product with a new or similar item (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Refunds and replacements are processed promptly, and you will receive a notification once your case has been resolved.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Our warranty applies only to purchases made through movorn.xyz and is limited to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, the warranty is void.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product and does not include any incidental or consequential damages.

Vintage Products Note

Please note that all Vintage Bargains, Bracelets, Brooches, and Pins are carefully selected for their uniqueness and history. Vintage items may show signs of previous ownership, which contribute to their charm and character. Minor imperfections such as slight tarnishing, surface scratches, or age-related patina are normal and do not qualify for a warranty claim unless they affect the item’s functionality.
